Recipe is: One-Pot Turmeric Chicken.
Ingredients:
-1.5 Pound of chicken Thighs, Skinless.
-1 Medium Potato, Diced.
-1 Cup Chicken Broth.
- 1 Tbs Turmeric.
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Mace.
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped.
-1 Bay Leaf Salt & Pepper To Taste.
Instructions:
1-Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper Both Sides.
2-Chopped Onion.
3-Minced Garlic.
4-In a large pot, heat one TBS of oil over medium heat.
5-In the same pot,
sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
6-Add the seasoned chicken thighs and turmeric to the pot
cook for approximately 10 minutes.
7-Add chicken broth and bay leaf to the pot, cook for 5 min.
8-Add diced potato and cook for 15-20 until the chicken is
cook and potatoes are tender. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and
pepper as needed mixing... Serve: garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
