Smoke Beef Steaks Grilled on a Flat Iron:


Ingredients:

        •       4 beef steaks
        •       1 small onion, dice chopped
        •       2 cloves garlic, minced
        •       1 green bell pepper, dice chopped
        •       1 tomatoes, dice chopped
        •       1 teaspoon paprika
        •       Salt and pepper to taste
        •       1 teaspoon liquid smoke
       •  1 cup beef broth
       •  1 tablespoon tomato paste




 Instructions:

        1.      Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
        2.      Season the beef steaks with salt, pepper, and  garlic minced on both sides adding canola oil.
        3.      Place the seasoned steaks on the grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
        4.      In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion, tomato,  green bell pepper and canola oil adding salt and black pepper stirring until they are tender.
        5.      Add tomato paste and beef broth to the skillet and continue to cook for about  2-3 minutes.
        6.      Season adding paprika and liquid smoke mixture to taste and take back the grilled beef steaks to the skillet letting them cook for about 4-5 minutes.
        7.      Once the steaks are cooked to your liking, take the pan off the heat and stir in parsley.
        8.       Serve them with the grilled zucchini and brown rice
