Sauteed Beef Tenderloin





Ingredients:

        •       1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
        •       1 red onion, sliced
        •       2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
        •       1 red pepper (optional), sliced
        •       2 cloves garlic, minced
        •       2 tablespoons soy sauce
        •       2 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider or white wine vinegar)
        •       1 tablespoon vegetable oil
        •       Salt and pepper to taste
        •       Fresh parsley for garnish
        •       French fries or boiled potatoes, to serve
        •       Cooked white rice, to serve

Instructions:

        1.      In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced steak and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
        2.      Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
        3.      Add the sliced onions, tomatoes, and red pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
        4.      Serve the sauteed beef tenderloin hot with rice and potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
