shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 1/2 cup orzo pasta

olive oil

minced

• 1 cup baby
spinach leaves
• 1 cup heavy
cream
• 1/2 cup grated
Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon dried
oregano
• Salt and pepper

Instructions:
1. Cook the orzo pasta
according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
