Pineapple Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes

1 cup (185g) long-grain white rice
•
15 oz of pineapple chunks(1 can is optional)
•
1 red bell pepper, diced
•
1 onion, diced
•
3 cloves garlic, minced
•
2 tablespoon soy sauce
•
2 tablespoon honey
•
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
•
Salt and pepper to taste
•
Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:

Cook the rice according to package instructions. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the
diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
