1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp butter
•
3 cloves garlic, minced
•
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
•
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 1 Worcestershire Sauce
•
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp dried oregano

Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add
the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides and cooked
through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté Garlic and Mushrooms: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic
and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms are tender and the garlic is
fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

Make the Sauce: Sprinkle the flour over the garlic and mushrooms,
stirring to coat evenly. Gradually whisk in the milk, making sure there are no
