The best Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:

        •       1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
        •       2 tbsp butter
        •       3 cloves garlic, minced
        •       1 cup mushrooms, sliced
        •       2 tbsp all-purpose flour
        •       1 ½ cups milk

         •      1 Worcestershire Sauce
        •       Salt and pepper to taste
        •       1 tsp dried oregano
        •       1 tbsp Instructions:

        1.      Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
        2.      Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
        3.      Sauté Garlic and Mushrooms: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms are tender and the garlic is fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
        4.      Make the Sauce: Sprinkle the flour over the garlic and mushrooms, stirring to coat evenly. Gradually whisk in the milk, making sure there are no lumps. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce.
        5.      Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet along with the spinach. Stir until the spinach is wilted. Remove from heat.
        6.      Assemble Casserole: Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top. Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
        7.      Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
        8.      Serve: Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Casserole!
