Honey Sesame Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into
bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup soy sauce
•
1/4 cup honey
•
2 tbsp rice vinegar
•
2 tbsp sesame oil
•
2 cloves garlic, minced
•
1 tbsp grated ginger
•
1/4 cup chicken broth
•
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
•
2 tbsp sesame seeds
•
2 green onions, sliced
•
Cooked white or brown rice, for serving
Instructions:

Prepare the Sauce:
•
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced
garlic, grated ginger, and chicken broth. Set aside.

Cook the Chicken:

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add a bit of sesame
